Homeowner's primary point of contact for the community. Handles most day-to-day operations of the association such as maintain common areas, coordinate with vendors, perform community inspections, enforce community policies, collect HOA dues, manage finances, and communicate with residents.

Chatham Forest HOA Board is comprised of neighbors who have stepped up to dedicate time to the community.

Each year elections are held during the annual HOA meeting.

All homeowners are welcome to run for board seats; it's a rewarding way to contribute!

HOA Board's Role...
Volunteers working to protect and increase homeowner property values by overseeing the property management company's work, and by planning for continued community improvement through budget preparation, financial management, inspection of all work performed by vendors, adherence to community standards, and by fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration among homeowners.
