Common changes that require permission
This is not an exhaustive list, and homeowners are required to review the appropriate community documents for details, however below are a few of the most common reasons you would submit an architectural control application or need permission from the HOA, and possibly your neighbors.

Removal, addition, or changes to trees, shrubs 3' tall or greater, percentage of grass, landscaping, and hardscaping

Removal, addition, or changes to lighting, sidewalks, driveways, parking pads, drainage, irrigation, walls, fences

Changes in exterior colors, materials used on home, or decorative construction

Any building enhancement that requires a permit

Addition of playsets, gardens, gravel, pathways, yard art

Building or removing additions, patios, porches, screened rooms, sunroom

Temporary parking exceptions for construction vehicles or moving trucks/pods

HOA Dues | Board | Committees
Management company responsibilities
Homeowner's primary point of contact for the community. Handle most day-to-day operations of the association such as maintain common areas, coordinate with vendors, perform community inspections, enforce community policies, collect HOA dues, manage finances, and communicate with residents.

HOA Board responsibilities
Work to protect and increase homeowner property values by overseeing the property management company's work, and by planning for continued community improvement through budget preparation, inspection of all work performed by vendors, and fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration among homeowners.

HOA dues
$400 Total annual dues, billed quarterly $100/p qtr. Due the 1st day of each quarter. Payment processing managed by ClickPay
Account set up initiated by Sentry with new user invite sent to new homeowners via email address provided by closing attorney.​​
