HOA Meeting

March 22, 2022 at 6 PM

Sentry Management will be sending out an email with instructions and the agenda. Anyone who has not provided an email will receive the information via USPS.

Please review the Meeting Agenda. Please print out your ballot to vote for Board Members and to approve the budget and return no later than Friday, March 18th.

The most important piece of business to be discussed is the adoption of the Declarations & Bylaws. Please review below and send in your ballot for approval.

As this is a virtual meeting, to save time, please submit questions about the governing documents or any other questions you have in advance

As there were no nominations received to fill the vacant board seats, the nominees are your current board members. Your vote is still needed. Your candidates are:
